Structure Complete and Interior Works in Full Swing at Bay Road, Sandringham
August has marked a significant turning point at our Bay Road, Sandringham project, with the full structural build now officially complete. This milestone signals the transition from heavy construction to the more refined interior stages that will shape the feel, flow and function of each future home.
External Works Shaping the Streetscape
On the outside, momentum continues to build. Window installation has progressed up to level 3, with façade works and rendering now underway up to level 1. These key elements are starting to define the architectural form and coastal character of the building, setting the visual tone for the months ahead.
Interior Works Advancing Across All Levels
Inside, services rough-in have advanced to level 3, bringing plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems closer to completion. Framing and plasterboard installation have reached level 2, outlining each residence’s layout and preparing the space for finishing materials. These stages are essential in creating the structure and personality of every apartment.
What’s Next in September
Looking ahead, the focus will turn to interior refinement. Ceiling sheeting is scheduled to commence, along with internal painting across multiple levels. Installation of joinery, fixtures and sanitary fittings will also begin, signalling the start of visible transformation within each home. Lift installation is also due to commence, further supporting vertical movement throughout the building.
From this point forward, each stage will reveal more of the curated lifestyle envisioned for this Bayside address. At EPIX Build, we remain committed to quality delivery and clear communication every step of the way.
Stay tuned as we bring the interiors to life and edge closer to completion at Bay Road, Sandringham.
