November Construction Update – Finer Details Emerging Along Beach Road

November has delivered another surge of progress along Beach Road in Sandringham, with both interior and exterior works moving into their final, most detailed stages. As the project nears completion, the focus has shifted to refined finishes that bring each space to life.

Interior Finishes Progressing Across All Levels
Inside, joinery installation is nearing completion across all residences, adding functional elegance to kitchens, bathrooms and living zones. The timber flooring is now complete up to level 2, while carpet is being installed on the ground floor. The bathroom tiling has also reached level 2, shaping clean and modern spaces throughout.

Meanwhile, interior painting has been finalised building-wide, setting a crisp backdrop for the next phase of fitout. In the weeks ahead, marble installation will begin, followed by the arrival of kitchen appliances. This will allow kitchen fit-offs to move forward, including final plumbing and electrical connections.

Outdoor Works and Premium Penthouse Finishes
Outside, the removal of scaffolding has revealed the full architectural profile of the building. Paving works are underway and the ground floor courtyards are beginning to take shape, offering the first glimpse of the landscaped spaces that will elevate day-to-day living.

At the top, the penthouse level is receiving its final touches. From pool works to outdoor detailing, flooring and plastering, each element is being carefully delivered to complete this truly elevated residence.
