November Construction Update: The Exterior is Revealed as the Interiors Continue to Progress at Bay Road, Sandringham
November has delivered an exciting transformation across the Bay Road, Sandringham project, with both exterior and interior works advancing steadily and the building’s final character beginning to emerge.
Much of the exterior scaffolding has now been removed, revealing the architectural details and offering a clearer glimpse of the completed form. At the same time, exterior paving is making solid progress and has been completed up to level 3, helping to shape the surrounding environment and define key outdoor areas.
Internally, construction is now well into the detail-driven phases. The joinery carcasses have been installed up to level 4, whilst the wardrobe interiors are being fitted throughout. The timber flooring installation has been completed up to level 4, giving a strong sense of the interior finish and flow. Marble benchtops have been installed up to level 1 and the bathroom joinery is now complete up to level 4, with bathroom fit-off already underway.
The townhouse component is also tracking well, with the installation of the stairs now complete and internal fitouts continuing as these homes move closer to their final presentation.
Looking Ahead to December
As we approach the end of the year, momentum will continue across all areas. The joinery installation will progress further, followed by the installation of the remaining kitchen and bathroom benchtops. Fit-off works will ramp up, including the installation of shower screens, tapware and lighting. The carpet laying and landscaping are scheduled to begin, enhancing both comfort and curb appeal. On level 4, the rooftop arbour structure is also set to commence, adding a refined architectural element to the top of the building.
With every stage, the vision for Bay Road, Sandringham, becomes clearer. The project is fast approaching completion and we look forward to delivering a carefully crafted, bayside lifestyle in the new year.
