July Construction Update: Strong Momentum Across the Bay Road, Sandringham Site

July was a month of solid progress at our Bay Road, Sandringham project, with construction activity powering ahead across the site. From structural milestones to internal preparations, each phase is bringing this coastal development closer to completion and unveiling the future homes of this sought-after Bayside address.

Apartments Reaching Structural Heights
Significant headway has been made on the apartment component, with the structure now poured up to level 4. This marks an important step toward full structural completion, setting the stage for upcoming interior works. With each level added, the architectural vision for the apartments continues to take shape above the Bay Road streetscape.

Townhouse Structure Now Complete
On the townhouse side, all structural works have officially wrapped up. This milestone allows the team to transition focus toward internal activity, starting with essential services and rough-ins. These early interior works are crucial in laying the groundwork for finishes in the coming months.

Internal Works and Basement Progress
Works have advanced within the lower levels, with fitout activity continuing throughout the basement zones. Simultaneously, rough-in works for services such as plumbing and electrical are now underway up to level 1, supporting future stages of internal framing and finishing.

What’s Ahead
August is set to be another milestone month, with structural works nearing full completion across the apartments. Window installation is scheduled to commence, a pivotal step that will bring natural light into the spaces and allow internal works to progress in a protected environment. Framing and plasterboard installation are also on the agenda, alongside lift installation and the early stages of townhouse fitouts.
