January Construction Update: Final Touches Elevate Bay Road, Sandringham

January has commenced with strong momentum at our Bay Road, Sandringham project, as finishing works continue to refine both the interior and exterior spaces. With major construction phases now complete, the focus has shifted toward detail, quality and presentation as the development moves closer to completion.

Across the building, the balustrade installation has now been finalised, giving each balcony a defined edge and completing the visual lines of the façade. 

Inside the residences, the joinery and stone benchtop installation are progressing steadily. The kitchens and the bathrooms are now taking on their final form, with cabinetry, surfaces and fittings coming together to create cohesive and highly liveable interiors. The timber flooring works are also advancing.

Within the townhouse component, internal finishes continue to gain momentum. The joinery detailing and flooring installation are well underway and as each element is layered in, the overall character of these multi-level homes becomes increasingly defined.

Externally, the landscaping works have commenced, marking an exciting transition from construction to presentation. The pathways, planting and soft landscaping are being delivered in stages.

As January progresses, the emphasis remains on precision and quality control to ensure every detail aligns with EPIX Build’s standards. With the final layers now being installed inside and out, Bay Road, Sandringham, is steadily transforming into the refined bayside address it was designed to be.
