January Construction Update – Entering the Final Phase at Beach Road, Sandringham

The new year has commenced with strong momentum on site at our Beach Road project in Sandringham. With major structural components complete and the final fit-out works well advanced, the building is now transitioning from active construction into its final presentation phase.

The balustrade installation has been completed throughout the building, defining each balcony and terrace while enhancing safety and visual continuity. At ground level, the landscaping works are progressing steadily across courtyards and common areas. The garden beds, pathways and planting are now being formed.

Internally, the lift installation is underway, marking an important step toward full operational readiness. The carpark roller door has been completed and access points are being finalised to support everyday functionality. These works signal the shift from structural build to commissioning and preparation for occupancy.

The penthouse residences are receiving focused attention, with flooring, joinery and premium fixtures being installed with care and precision. Across the wider building, flooring, stone surfaces, appliances and lighting are now largely complete, bringing apartments close to their finished form.

Over the coming weeks, attention will turn to detailed defect inspections, service testing and final quality checks to ensure every residence meets EPIX Build’s high standards. With consistent progress maintained throughout recent months, the project is confidently approaching practical completion and final handover.
