Construction continues to build strong momentum at our Ivanhoe project, with April marking another key step forward as the site progresses through its early structural phase. With each stage, the transformation is becoming more defined, bringing the vision for this address closer to life.
One of the most noticeable developments this month is the clear progression of the basement structure. The perimeter walls are now firmly established, creating a strong and stable boundary for the below-ground levels, while the overall basement footprint has advanced significantly.
At the centre of the site, the tower crane remains in place, supporting the increasing pace of activity and enabling efficient coordination as materials move across the build. Its presence reflects the transition into a more substantial phase of construction.
Across the basement area, extensive reinforcement is now in place, with steel laid out in preparation for upcoming concrete pours. This stage is critical, as it forms the structural base that will support the levels above. Concrete pumping equipment and site activity are becoming more prominent, highlighting the shift into a more intensive construction phase.
April represents an important transition from groundwork into the structural build process. As the base structure continues to take shape, progress on site is becoming more tangible and visible. Each completed element supports the next, creating a steady rhythm of construction that will carry the project into the vertical build stages.
With strong momentum on site and key milestones being achieved, Ivanhoe project is moving confidently through this phase. We look forward to sharing further updates as the structure continues to rise and the project evolves in the months ahead.
