6-Month Site Update: EPIX Build’s Sandringham Milestones and What’s Ahead for the Rest of 2025

As we reach the mid-year point, EPIX Build is proud to share progress updates from our active Sandringham sites. The first half of 2025 has delivered strong momentum on both projects, with key structural and service milestones achieved.

248 Bay Road, Sandringham

Progress continues steadily at Bay Road, with the ground floor structure now successfully poured. This marks a significant point in the program, setting the foundation for vertical works to advance up to level 2.

In the basement, services installation is now underway, with electrical and plumbing systems being laid. These works are essential to supporting future fit-outs and ensuring long-term functionality. Here at EPIX Build, we are pleased to report the project remains on track and continues to move forward with confidence.

76 Beach Road, Sandringham

Our Beach Road project has also seen excellent progress across the past six months. Both the ground floor and level 1 slab pours are complete, with the installation of precast columns and panels giving shape to the building’s form.

The formwork has been removed from the basement, allowing essential services such as electrical and plumbing to begin. Construction on the level 2 slab is now progressing, with reinforcement and in-slab services underway. Each stage is being delivered with precision, aligning with the high standards set for this boutique coastal project.
